Return shipping: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods because we informed you of this in the withdrawal policy. We refund the original standard outbound shipping costs if the product still has its full goods value.
Inspection vs use: You may inspect the goods as you would in a store (look and handle without consuming them). A colour-gel spray is not meant to be sprayed for inspection. If the can has been opened or used, it is commercially unsaleable. Compensation for loss of value may then apply up to the full purchase price. Withdrawal remains possible; the refund for the goods may fall to €0.00.
Return transit: Please pack securely and return to us with a tracking number. If properly packed goods are lost or damaged on the return journey, that risk lies with the carrier.
